Celebrating Our Beauty: Two-Spirit Realness and Artists Reception
The Two-Spirit & Native LGBTQ+ Center for Equity (2S Center) is proud to announce its upcoming fundraiser, “Celebrating Our Beauty: Two-Spirit Realness and Artists,” taking place on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Dineh & Company on Canyon Road. Coinciding with the world-renowned Santa Fe Indian Market, this reception will support the 2S Center’s mission of advocacy and advancing equity.
The evening will be presided over by Honorary Event Chair Patricia Michaels (Taos Pueblo), a celebrated fashion designer and artist. Special guests include award-winning actress Tantoo
Cardinal (Cree and Métis) and performance by singer and activist Radmilla Cody (Diné). The gathering aims to build on cultural traditions with modern Two-Spirit visibility through culture,
art, and community.
Event Highlights:
• Live Performances: Musical performance by Radmilla Cody, with DJ Brandon Benally, and spoken word by Stella Martin (Diné).
• Silent Auction: Attendees will be able to bid on unique items, with all proceeds directly benefiting the 2S Center’s national advocacy, programs, and research.
• Honoring Artists: The evening will introduce and celebrate local and national Two- Spirit and Native LGBTQ+ artists.
• Refreshments: Catering will be provided by A Cake Odyssey including appetizers with Indigenous-sourced ingredients.
The reception will be held at Dineh & Company, located at 621 Canyon Rd, Santa Fe, NM.
Admission to the event is free; however, attendees are required to register in advance.
